Monte was absolutely the best and I would highly recommend him if you need a lawyer in Colorado. My alleged Colorado traffic violations were substantial and without Monte I would have lost my license to drive. I did my homework and called several attorneys before deciding Montel was the right fit and man was he. He developed a unique strategy and executed it flawlessly to help me get from a 26 point violation to simply 6 points. He worked wonders in a remote area of Colorado and I have no doubt his genuine approach made the court feel at ease about the agreed solution. Monte, you were a blessing to work with and I cannot thank you enough for all your due diligence.

My brother needed help with a DUI from 2 years ago. I called other places but they didn't answer or some said they would call me back and never did. When I called the law office of Monte J. Awesome guy. I doubted I would find a lawyer who was actually honest, hardworking, thorough and knowledgeable in helping me to seal a record and so was just hoping for at least 1 out of 4 of those but Monte came through in a way that restored my faith in, not only the law profession, but actually humanity in general :-) Would highly recommend for any of those legal situations he says he specializes in and can defiantly vouch for the record sealing that he knows his stuff as saved me tons of time, money and from making a donkey of myself before judges trying to figure it out on my own I'm sure. :-)

An excellent lawyer choice for my son who was charged with driving while his license was revoked. DMV had mistakenly sent (3) letters of revocation to the incorrect address, so I hired Monty to prove that my son never knew his license was revoked. Monty kept me informed at all times as to what was happening and what he doing to prove my son's innocence in this matter. We were to appear in court on 29 March 2012 and Monte informed us on 27 March 2012, that the case had been dismissed!!! Monte charged a fair, flat rate for what he did in this matter and should the need arise to hire a lawyer or to recommend a lawyer, I would not hesitate to give Monte's name.

He not only relieved my warrant without my presence in Colorado, but he got my habitual driving offense reduced to an infraction. I speed and crash my car on a Friday afternoon. The police gave me a reckless driving ticket. I start to call different attorney on Saturday morning, Monte is the only one pick up my phone call (around 8:30 am). So I decided to have him for my case.
